After looking around for different small and light digital cameras, I finally settled for the Casio Exilim EX-s500.
I bought it at BwayPhoto for 60% less than retail; < $300.

They also have a great deal for the Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-P200, 7.2 megapixel for also $300!

The only annoying with these companies is they make you call in to confirm the order and try to sell you unnecessary accessories. But overall, I’m pretty happy with the deal.
